When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
After the last trade finishes and before final walk-through. For larger projects we do a rough clean first and a final detail pass once touch ups are complete.
Do you remove paint and adhesive residue?
Yes. We remove sticker residue, light paint splatter, grout haze, and adhesive from glass, tile, and fixtures using surface safe methods.
Do you bring HEPA equipment?
Yes. HEPA filtration vacuums and microfiber systems are standard on every post-construction job.
Can you clean after a small bathroom or kitchen remodel?
Yes. Smaller remodels are common for us and usually finish in a single visit.
